The Devon Energy Corporation Headquarters project is an iconic, 50-story, 1.8-million-square-foot office tower located in downtown Oklahoma City.  The building will be the new headquarters for Devon Energy Corporation, the largest U.S.-based independent oil and natural gas producer. Designed by Pickard Chilton, the project includes a stunning six-story glass rotunda with a sky lit roof and a series of balconies ringing the space. The existing five-level, 1,000-car garage, previously owned by the City of Oklahoma, was expanded vertically with five additional levels, and horizontally, to provide approximately 3,000 parking spaces in the new eleven level structure. The project is LEED-registered with the intent to achieve certification.
